    Paraformaldehyde: White amorphous powder, flammable solid with pungent odor (formaldehyde odor).

    It is  a linear polymer of formaldehyde, no fixed melting point, heat decomposition, release a large

    number of toxic formaldehyde gas, the melting point range of 120-170 ℃. Flash point 70 ℃,

    ignition temperature 300 ℃, explosive limit 7.0-73.0%. Soluble in water and emit formaldehyde,

    slowly dissolved in cold water, and soluble in sodium hydroxide and carbonate solution.

    Insoluble in alcohol and aldehyde.

    Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. Library temperature does not exceed 32 ℃, relative humidity does not exceed 80%.     Usage/Application:

    Paraformaldehyde instead of ordinary industrial formaldehyde solution, in the synthesis of pesticides, synthetic resins, paints and fumigation disinfectants and other downstream products for a variety of formaldehyde, both to reduce dehydration energy consumption, but also greatly reduce the amount of wastewater treatment, which is a benefit of the people green projects. Paraformaldehyde is a solid particle that is more effective than industrial formaldehyde and is good for chemical synthesis such as chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry as well as other industrial fields. Especially, paraformaldehyde is widely used in the synthesis of raw materials that require anhydrous formaldehyde. It can also be used as a disinfectant, bactericide, fumigant and herbicide as well as in the manufacture of resins and artificial ivory etc.
